Job Title: Junior Agricultural Sales Engineer

Job Summary

• Our client seeks a highly experienced and driven Junior Agricultural Sales Engineer to support the rollout of client products across Nigeria. 
• The successful candidate will play a critical role in farmer engagement, market research, trial tracking, and agrodealer follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Visit farmers, cooperatives, and agro-dealers to promote client product.
• Collect data on market demand, competitors, and pricing.
• Help distribute trial seeds and collect feedback from farms.
• Take photos, record observations, and monitor crop performance.
• Assist with farmer demo events and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with the senior engineer on daily planning and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agro-dealers and farmers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Agriculture or Agronomy.
• 1–3 years of field experience in agricultural input sales or extension work.
• Strong understanding of local farming practices and cropping seasons.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel across regions.
• Motivated, responsible, and eager to learn.
