We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Sangotedo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients, markets, and business opportunities in the real estate sector.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify strategic business development initiatives.
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients to convert them into customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the business development team to create and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations with clients.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences, as well as market trends and competitor offerings.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management on new market opportunities, potential challenges, and strategic growth areas.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and attract new clients.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
• Track and report sales performance regularly to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Prepare detailed business proposals, contracts, and other documentation required to close deals.
• Regularly submit reports on business development activities, including lead generation, sales pipeline, and progress towards targets.
• Manage and Ensure the CRM is updated regularly with accurate information on client activity and engagement.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 5 years work experience.
