To acquire transactions for Schools in Nigeria. This spans through Tertiary, Secondary and Primary institutions to develop, deploy, and manage solutions usable at the enterprise level and dovetails into digital collections for educational institutions while driving customer acquisition in their value chain.
To onboard customers on the platform, manage efficiency and system uptime and drive product adoption across branches to deepen product knowledge and sales while improving the bank’s deposit liability and visibility and enhancing profitability.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Identify customer's payments and collections and proffer solutions (Schools)
Provide performance reports on all partnership and collections business (Revenue, mandates, and transaction value & volume)
Implementation of e-payment and collection solutions for Schools.
Develop new Digital products to drive B2B businesses/enhance the customer service experience of the bank.
Manage partnerships with 3rd party solution providers, ERPs, Channel Partners, platforms and plug-ins.
Run agile and deploy the right tools to meet customer acquisition.
Drive the enlistment and onboarding of various merchants and customers on the bank’s Collection Platforms.
Drive value creation to acquire users in the value chain.
Prepare Marketing Proposals/presentations to the target customers or group.
Embark on joint marketing calls with the bank’s relationship management team.
Develop hybrid products in line with the customer’s specific requirements.
Liaise with IT unit and switching company to ensure back-end integration is completed in readiness for new products
Monitor project implementation and utilization by customers.
Monitor collection volumes and prepare weekly project performance reports.
Perform market intelligence to appraise products comparison with competition.
Prepare a report of the unit’s performance against monthly/quarterly/annual plans.
