Job Title: Sales Executive - Pest Control & Fumigation

Job Summary

• We are seeking an aggressive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the pest control and fumigation industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing clients, and promoting our pest control and fumigation services to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and site visits to promote our pest control and fumigation services.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve any customer complaints.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance using CRM software.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven sales experience in the pest control and fumigation industry or a related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
