Job Description

• We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Ticketing Officer to join our team. 
• In this role, you will manage ticket sales, assist customers with inquiries, and ensure smooth operations for events, travel, or transportation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell and process tickets for events or travel.
• Assist customers with ticket-related inquiries and issues.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and exchanges.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of sales and transactions.
• Process payments and provide receipts.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 0 - 5 years of work experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience in ticketing or customer service is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of ticketing systems and payment processing.
