We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Marketer / Personal Assistant to the Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Ad Campaign Strategy & Execution:

• Create Social Media contents and manage social media platforms. Develop and execute digital advertising strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, and other relevant ad networks.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing campaign performance and key learnings.
• Plan and execute all web, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google, etc.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.

Content Promotion:

• Periodically and consistently posts company’s produced videos on all Social Media, generating leads.

Other Administrative Duties Include:

• Act as the point of contact between the Manager and internal/external clients. The successful candidate will manage customer interactions across various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, messages, and social media direct messages (DMs).
• Attending and contributing to meetings on behalf of the CEO, reporting back and following up if required.
• Aiding the CEO in the development, coordination, and implementation of strategic plans for the company.
• Devise and organize clients’ land documents.
• Coordinate and take clients for site inspections.
• Undertake any other duties, or assignments as delegated by the Manager, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of the company.
• Keep all documents given to you or that you are a glimpse of confidential when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• 2 - 5 years’ work experience.
• Must be between 20 and 30 years old.
• Must speak English fluently.
• Must live within Ikeja, Maryland, Ketu, Alapere and environs or Ikorodu.
• Must be purpose driven with great ideas
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications, with Social Media Content Creation skills.

• Ability to respond quickly to customer inquiries.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Tech-savvy and familiar with online customer service tools.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant design tools is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, and YouTube advertising.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Salary
N100,000 / month. + Other Benefits
