About the Role

• We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to oversee and enhance human resource operations. 
• This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional with strong leadership skills who can drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Strategy & Policy Implementation – Develop and implement HR policies that align with labor laws and company objectives.
• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning – Lead the hiring process, onboarding, and talent retention strategies.
• Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution – Foster a positive work culture and address employee concerns professionally.
• Training & Development – Design and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
• Performance Management – Establish performance evaluation frameworks to monitor and improve employee performance.
• Compensation & Benefits Administration – Oversee payroll, employee benefits, and welfare programs in collaboration with finance.
• Workplace Compliance & Safety – Ensure adherence to labor laws, health, and safety regulations in an FMCG environment.
• HR Administration & Reporting – Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports for management.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR management, preferably in an FMCG or manufacturing company.
• HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
• Leadership & Communication: Excellent ability to lead teams, collaborate with management, and engage employees effectively.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle workplace challenges with professionalism and discretion.
• Training & Development Experience: Ability to design and implement impactful training programs.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office, and payroll systems.

Salary
N300,000 monthly.
