Job Summary
We are seeking a Strategic Operations & Development Associate to play a pivotal role in managing administrative functions, conducting market and security analysis, and driving business development initiatives.
This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant, Analyst, and Business Development Associate, ensuring seamless operations and strategic growth within our security consulting firm.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, analytical, and client engagement skills with a deep understanding of the security industry.
Manage scheduling, correspondence, and documentation for senior executives.
Coordinate meetings, travel logistics, and corporate events.
Maintain and update records, reports, and project documentation.
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and official reports.
Oversee front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment by greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
Strategic Analysis & Research:
Conduct market research and security risk assessments to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
Analyze client needs and security challenges to support decision-making.
Monitor competitive landscape and provide insights to enhance service offerings.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate business intelligence reports.
Business Development & Client Engagement:
Identify and research potential clients, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
Support proposal writing, contract negotiations, and business outreach initiatives.
Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Assist in the development of marketing materials and presentations.
Operational Strategy & Project Coordination:
Awareness and deep understanding of the Nigerian security landscape, with the ability to actively contribute to strategic discussions and decision-making.
Support the implementation of business strategies and operational improvements.
Assist in planning and executing security consulting projects and training programs.
Ensure compliance with security regulations, industry best practices, and corporate policies.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Security Studies, Risk Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in administration, business development, or security consulting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and data analysis software.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
