Description
We are looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to elevate Kallys IT’s brand, generate high-quality leads, and drive customer engagement through innovative marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, campaign management, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance Kallys IT’s brand visibility and market presence.
Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Manage and optimize the company’s website and online presence to drive traffic and conversions.
Develop compelling content, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and newsletters.
Organize and manage events, webinars, and sponsorship opportunities to promote the brand.
Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Build and maintain relationships with media, partners, and key industry influencers.
Manage marketing budgets and track ROI for marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, CRM software, and social media platforms.
Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
Experience in branding, public relations, and corporate communications.
Good with Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint and other publication software. Ability to create branded Slide Decks (Presentations, Pitches, Training Materials), Infographics & Data Visualizations, Newsletter Headers & Email Graphics, Ebooks, Workbooks, & Guides (Cover + inside pages)
Good at making flyers on Photoshop and Canva templates that are editable. Must be able to create Branded Job Board & Testimonial Templates, Lead Magnet & Freebie Graphics, Instagram Reel Covers & LinkedIn Cover Banners, Social Media Templates.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
