We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Logistics Officer

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock audits, and optimize stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Order Processing: Process, track, and verify incoming and outgoing orders to ensure seamless handling and timely fulfillment.
• Transportation Coordination: Schedule and optimize transport logistics to enhance delivery speed and reduce costs.
• RHE Communication: Liaise with regional hub executives to arrange shipments, negotiate competitive rates, and quickly resolve logistical challenges.
• Documentation and Reporting: Keep all logistics documents updated and assist in generating performance reports on inventory status, delivery timelines, and efficiency improvements.
• Problem-Solving: Address logistics issues such as delays, damages, or discrepancies promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain smooth operations.
• Speed and Efficiency Enhancement: Implement strategies to improve delivery speed, such as route optimization, faster order processing, and leveraging technology for tracking and coordination.
• Vendor and Carrier Management: Collaborate with suppliers, transporters, and third-party logistics providers to ensure reliable and cost-effective service.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all logistics operations comply with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Technology Utilization: Use logistics software, tracking tools, and automation to improve accuracy and efficiency in inventory and delivery management.
• Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with sales and customer service teams to address delivery-related concerns and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications 
• 1 - 2 years work experience.

Salary
N100,000 - N135,000 Monthly.
