Job Summary

• The Manager - Marketing, Business Development, and Branding is responsible developing and implementing strategic marketing, business development, and bran initiatives to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance organization's reputation.

Responsibilities
Marketing:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Manage social media presence and content creation.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Branding:

• Develop and maintain the organization's brand identity and messaging.
  Ensure consistent brand application across all channels and touchpoints. Manage brand reputation and crisis communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, business development, and branding.
• Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Proficient in marketing automation tools, social media platforms, and design software
