Job Title: QA / QC Officer

Location: Ogun

Job Summary

• The QAQC Officer will ensure that all CNG and bi-fuel tricycles assembled at our facility meet established quality standards and specifications. 
• This role involves monitoring production processes, conducting inspections, and implementing quality control measures to guarantee product excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines.
• Conduct inspections and audits of production processes and finished products.
• Review technical documents to understand quality requirements.
• Perform tests using precision tools to verify product dimensions and functionality.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Document and report quality findings, deviations, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
• Train staff on quality control processes and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in quality management systems and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
