Job Summary
To grow our impact and revenue, we need a results-driven, highly motivated Marketing & Business Development Manager who will take charge of monetization, growth, and brand partnerships.
This role requires someone strategic, proactive, and well-connected in the digital marketing and AI industry. If you love closing deals, running marketing campaigns, and building partnerships, this is for you!
Responsibilities
Growth hacking
Develop and execute a marketing and business growth strategy for our AI magazine blog.
Engaging withAI companies, SaaS platforms, and tech brands for sponsorships, advertising, and affiliate partnerships.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Drive SEO growth, including AI SEO, social media engagement, and content distribution.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to grow and nurture the audience.
Identify new revenue opportunities, such as paid courses, e-books, and AI-related digital products.
Set up and manage affiliate marketing partnerships with AI tools and platforms.
Analyze performance metrics and optimize marketing strategies to increase revenue and engagement.
Collaborate with the content team to align marketing strategies with trending AI topics.
Act as the main point of contact for advertisers, partners, and potential investors.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, business development, or sales.
Proven experience in closing sponsorship and advertising deals.
Strong SEO, social media marketing, and content distribution skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Skilled at running digital ads
Experience in B2B sales, affiliate marketing, or influencer marketing.
Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn marketing.
Ability to create and execute marketing funnels and growth strategies.
Data-driven mindset with experience in Google Analytics and campaign tracking.
Strong understanding of the AI industry or willingness to learn quickly.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of AI, emerging technologies, and digital business models is a plus
Ability to work independently and drive results without constant supervision
Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):
Experience working with AI startups or SaaS companies.
Connections in the tech and AI space for easier deal-making.
Strong copywriting skills for ad creatives and marketing campaigns.
Experience with affiliate marketing programs and influencer outreach.
