Job Title: Executive Assistant to Director, Business Development & Commercial (BDC)

About the Role

• Our client is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Director of Business Development & Commercial.
• This is a mission-critical role where you will serve as the right hand to the Director, ensuring seamless operations, strategic coordination and efficient execution of key business initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will combine sharp business acumen with impeccable organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive executive support including complex calendar management, travel coordination and meeting preparation
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to support business decisions
• Serve as key liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations and correspondence
• Represent the Director in meetings when required
• Lead special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
• 3-5 years' experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in oil & gas or engineering
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong research, analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
