Our Client is seeking a dynamic and creative Community Manager/Partnership Lead to build, manage, and grow our vibrant SME community while fostering strategic partnerships with key ecosystem stakeholders to drive growth and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Community Management & Growth:
Develop and implement strategies to build and engage a thriving community in person and digitally on Whatsapp, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Foster meaningful interactions through events, networking opportunities, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Act as a main point of contact for community members, addressing inquiries and feedback which can be incorporated into future projects and initiatives.
Monitor community feedback, analyze trends, and provide insights to improve engagement strategies.
Organize and moderate online and offl ine events, including webinars, networking mixers, workshops, etc.
Monitor community activity and manage discussions to maintain a positive and engaged online environment.
Content Creation & Campaign Management:
Create and distribute engaging content and resources to keep the community informed and active across our diff erent platforms.
Design and execute targeted content campaigns that align with 234Finance’s initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content meets brand messaging, strategic objectives and enhancing community visibility and outreach.
Partnerships Development & Management:
Identify, establish, and maintain strategic partnerships with key ecosystem stakeholders in Nigeria and across Africa who align with the company’s medium to long term goals.
Follow up on ongoing partnership conversations opened by the Managing Partner and ensure proper execution.
Develop proposals, partnership decks, and presentations to attract new collaborators.
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual value creation.
Serve as the primary point of contact with mentors, speakers and thought-leaders involved in each of our projects.
Collaborate with partners to create joint initiatives and events that drive community engagement and support business growth.
Actively reach out to other SME-focused communities to leverage on their reach and offer mutually-beneficial opportunities to them to enable access to their community.
Explore sponsorships, strategic partnerships and funding opportunities to support community growth and sustainability.
Work with cross-functional teams to execute partnership initiatives successfully.
Serve as the primary point of contact for partner relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
Strategic Planning & Reporting:
Develop and execute strategic plans and campaigns aligned with overall business objectives.
Monitor, analyze, and report on community engagement metrics, campaign performance, and partnership outcomes.
Provide regular feedback to senior management on community trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Community Growth:
Achieve a minimum monthly growth rate of [10]% across our diff erent online communities - social media, whatsapp, email database, etc
Increase overall community engagement (likes, shares, comments, CTR) by at least 10% monthly.
Content Performance:
Publish a minimum of 3-4 content pieces per week per platform..
Campaign Effectiveness:
Execute at least one major online campaign per month with measurable outcomes .
Track and report on key campaign metrics, aiming for 10% improvement in target KPIs quarter-over-quarter.
Partnership Development:
Establish and maintain 1- 2 strategic partnerships per month.
Secure a minimum of 2-3 new sponsorships or collaborative initiatives per quarter, contributing to overall business growth.
Stakeholder Satisfaction:
Achieve a stakeholder satisfaction score of at least 85% through regular surveys and feedback mechanisms.
Reporting & Strategic Impact:
Deliver reports on ongoing tasks on a weekly basis
Deliver comprehensive performance reports on community and partnership initiatives on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Demonstrate measurable improvements in key business metrics (e.g., revenue impact, market share) attributable to community and partnership activities.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 - 4 years’ experience in social media management, community engagement, or partnership development.
Proven track record of growing online communities and managing stakeholder relationships.
Experience in developing and executing digital content strategies and campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools.
Passion for entrepreneurship, innovation and ecosystem building.

N250,000 - N350,000 Monthly.
