Job Title: Wealth Manager

Location: Lagos

Description 

• Develop strategies to identify new clients through market segmentation and apply different approaches in targeting and selecting clients
• Interpret client needs, risk appetite and financial objectives
• Advise clients on wealth management solutions and products that are tailored to clients' needs and objectives
• Analyze existing securities and portfolios and supplement findings with research about possible investments.
• Analyse portfolio to grow the wealth of clients
• Guide portfolio construction strategies tailored to clients' needs
• Oversee positioning of investment solutions delivered to clients
• Establish relationships with product specialists and other stakeholders to customize investment product solutions for clients
• Monitor client assets and investments on a regular basis to review performance and make adjustments accordingly.
• Provide tax planning and estate planning services Review pitch books and client presentations corresponding to investment products, legal, trust and other documents
• Execute strategies for cross-selling and up-selling of products and services based on understanding of range of products and client analysis
• Review client acceptance, Know Your Customer (KYC) and onboarding procedures including handling client documents
• Enhance clients' experience by providing timely information and advice to address their financial needs
• Handle High Net Worth clients by monitoring financing plans, coordinating and resolving conflicts and managing expectations of involved parties
• Develop long term relationships with clients by maintaining ongoing communication

Key Requirements

• BSc / BA in Business Administration or similar field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar wealth management role
• Experience in sales
