We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Graphics Designer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design high-quality visual content for print and digital platforms, including websites, social media, brochures, banners, email campaigns, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other creative team members to understand project goals, objectives, and timelines.
• Create concepts, mockups, and final design layouts that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Ensure consistency in design and messaging across all media platforms, maintaining brand integrity.
• Edit and prepare final artwork for production, ensuring it meets technical specifications for both print and digital formats.
• Stay current with industry trends, design software, and marketing tools to deliver cutting-edge designs.
• Revise designs based on client feedback and ensure timely delivery of all projects.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to generate innovative ideas for advertising and marketing campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality work.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT related course, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, especially within the marketing or advertising sectors.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Knowledge of web design and familiarity with HTML/CSS or other design-related coding is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design ideas effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to take constructive criticism and adapt designs accordingly.
• Prior experience in an agency setting or in marketing/advertising is preferred but not required.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
