Job Description

• Prepare and cook meals according to menu specifications, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to safety regulations.
• Monitor food inventory and assist with restocking.
• Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions.
• Assist with meal prep, plating, and presentation.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements
Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen or food preparation role (preferred).

Skills and Qualifications:

• Knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to recipes.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 monthly.
