Job Summary
As an Analyst, Strategy & Growth you are integral in driving the organization's strategic objectives and growth initiatives.
You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the company's vision and goals.
You are required to have a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to synthesize complex information into strategic initiatives.
Summary of Responsibilities
Macro and Micro Analysis: Perform comprehensive assessments of the organization's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats using tools like SWOT and PESTLE.
Strategy Development & Implementation: Design, document, and implement a strategic roadmap with clear actions, timelines, and responsibilities.
Goal Setting and Alignment: Establish and monitor annual goals, ensuring alignment with the organization's long-term strategy and portfolio.
Organizational Structure: Optimize the organizational structure to ensure strategy execution efficacy.
Communication Cascade: Develop and execute a communication plan to keep all group members aligned with the strategy.
Board & Shareholders Communications: Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual communications concerning strategy and growth.
Diagnosis & Triage: Identify and address growth challenges at both the group and subsidiary levels.
Monitoring & Evaluation: Continuously assess progress against goals, recalibrating strategies or actions as necessary.
Market Entry Strategy: Research new markets and devise entry strategies while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Partnership Development: Identify and orchestrate strategic joint ventures and partnerships, ensuring alignment with market needs.
Business Case Development: Create compelling proposals for new growth opportunities.
Strategic Relationship Management: Foster and manage relationships with external stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure strategy alignment.
Sales/Expansion Tracking: Monitor and report on key growth and commercialization deliverables.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years experience in strategy, consulting, business intelligence, software technology start-ups, and/or investment banking.
Experience in software development and SDLC is a plus.
Proven ability to devise frameworks for diverse organizational challenges.
Demonstrated expertise in driving process enhancement initiatives.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and the ability to communicate insights via PowerPoint.
Proven track record in leading projects and managing resources effectively.
Ability to engage, communicate, and collaborate with stakeholders across various business levels.
Demonstrated ability to incubate, execute, and evaluate new business initiatives.
