Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Officer to Join our Human resource team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for a number of things in the department including recruitment, training and lot more.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and writing skills, strong attention to details with little or no supervision, ability to be firm and follow policies, and the ability to work effectively in a team and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and post job descriptions for open positions.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and select suitable candidates.
• Manage the onboarding process for new employees.
• Coordinate with department heads to meet hiring needs.
• Address employee concerns and handle workplace disputes.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration.
• Conduct exit interviews and suggest improvements for employee retention.
• Implement employee engagement programs to boost morale.
• Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
• Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback.

Key Criteria

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any Social Science course or Professional certification (e.g. CIPM)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong Attention to details and ability to employees in a fast pace environment.
• Ability to clearly articulate policies, procedures, and expectations.
• Strong written and verbal communication for drafting reports, emails, and policies.
• Proficient in interviewing techniques and candidate assessment.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 / month.
