Ascent Resources - Our client, a Facility Management company in Lekki Phase 1 area of Lagos State, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1,  Lagos
Work Schedule: Mon - Saturday (9am to 5pm)

Academic Qualifications

• Minimum of an HND / BSc in Estate Management or any building / Environment related courses
• 3 - 4 years previous work experience managing facilities (verifiable).
• Must posess good communication skills (written and spoken english)
• Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good customer service
• Good interpersonal skills and eye for detail.

Salary
N150,000 per month.
