Job Title: IT Audit & CyberSecurity Lead

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CEH, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, ITIL, or COBIT.
• 2–7 years of experience in IT controls, IT audit, cybersecurity, or risk management within a commercial bank or financial institution.
• Strong understanding of banking IT systems, core banking applications, payment processing, and digital banking security.
• Hands-on experience with IT governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, IT risk management, and regulatory compliance in banking.
• Familiarity with banking applications (e.g., Finacle, Flexcube, Temenos, or similar).
• Proficiency in IT security tools, vulnerability scanners, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders, auditors, and regulators.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple IT control functions efficiently.

Salary
N350,000 - N500,000 Monthly.
