Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our client, the Managing Director of an insurance company .
• This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage high-level tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee calendar management, email correspondence, and travel arrangements.
• Implement and execute strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Track expenses and manage budgeting processes.
• Coordinate meetings and serve as a liaison with key stakeholders.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Requirements

• 4 - 7 years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & scheduling tools
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
