Payzeep, a fast-growing fintech company, is seeking an experienced marketing specialist to join our dynamic team.
This role is integral to our success, as it involves transforming extensive market research and consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies that drive our branding and campaign development.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to independently conduct thorough research, analyzing data to uncover trends and opportunities that inform our marketing plans.
They will also engage directly with consumers to gather valuable feedback, ensuring our strategies are aligned with market needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, email, events, and partnerships.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, PPC advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing, to drive qualified traffic and leads.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and external agencies to align marketing strategies with business objectives and sales targets.
Plan and coordinate events, webinars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and engage with key stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives and optimize strategies accordingly.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and technology solutions.
Assist marketing manager in the development and execution of campaigns, including content creation, new-product launches, social media, upselling, cross-selling, and sales enablement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the technology industry or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
