Job Title: Sales Manager (Real Estate)
Location: Omole Phase 1, Lagos
Job Description
To oversee sales and marketing aspect of the day to day transactions, and process to ensure sales targets are met effectively in line with the marketing strategy.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
Responsible for achieving targets.
Manages daily growth and development of assigned campaigns.
Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities.
Formulate, organize and develop marketing activities by identifying the property trend and new market opportunities.
Update knowledge sales related legal documentation and property management.
Identifies, qualifies and cultivates new sales opportunities through multiple mediums.
Influences, communicates, motivates and inspires team members to achieve departmental objectives.
onitors and follow-ups on specific tasks and project deliverables..
Handle the relationship with clients and agents locally and globally.
Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement across all platforms (Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, Email, TikTok, etc.)
Coordinate multi-channel campaigns that may include email, social media, paid ads, SEO, and content marketing.
Interact with other digital marketers in ensuring the development of relevant content for various social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and other multimedia formats. Curate content from relevant sources to share with the audience
Provide social media training and guidance to other team members or departments as needed. Share industry insights, best practices, and resources to foster a culture of social media literacy within the organization
Develop engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and other multimedia formats. Curate content from relevant sources to share with the social media manager and other sales executive.
You are expected to constantly sell at least 10 plots on any of our estates or generate a monthly income of Ten (15) Million naira. Where you do not meet your target after 3 months you are only entitled to 70% monthly salary.
Present weekly reports to management on activities and metrics based on social media/marketing activities.
Work closely with the sales, content, and design teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive and align with the company’s overall goals.
Collaborate with other departments to align digital marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
Participate in social media events, webinars, or contests to drive engagement.
Identify opportunities for sponsored content, partnerships, and influencers to enhance brand reach.
Any other duties assigned.
Salary
N150,000 / month
Commission: 10% on Sales
