Home Bargains Nigeria Limited, a gift and decor store situated in Abuja, Nigeria, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Administrative Assistant

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Schedule: Four days a week and two compulsory Sundays in a Month

Responsibilities

• Managing store schedules and employee calendars
• Implementing store policies and procedures
• Maintaining store appearance and cleanliness
• Supporting the Operations Admin and store Supervisor with daily operations and task
• Managing store supplies and ordering materials
• Assisting with customer feedback and complaints
• Assist with receiving and processing shipment
• Update all records and reports
• Assist with store maintenance, repairs, and upkeep
• Managing and updating company website.

Requirements

• OND / HND academic qualification
• 2 years working experience
• Good communication skills.
