We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Social Media and Brand Manager

Pay: N130,000 monthly (fixed)
Work Type: Remote
Availability: Full-time

Work Style: Must be able to work independently, take initiative, and deliver without supervision.

Position Overview

  • We are looking for a highly creative, self-motivated Social Media & Brand Manager to join our growing team.

  • This individual will manage our platforms including but not limited toInstagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Facebook, and Linkedln, ensuring ourbrand voice is consistent, engaging, and aligned with ourbusiness goals.
  • This role requires little to no supervision, so only independent, expirienced ,detail-oriented, and proactive professionals should apply.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:

  • Develop platform-specific content strategies for Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok, and Linkedln.
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content (graphics, carousels, reels, captions, pins).
  • Maintain and grow followers through daily engagement (comments, DMs, shares, mentions).
  • Monitor trends and platform algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain a strong, consistent content calendar

  • Website copy writing and Blog post

  • Design and curate visually appealing, brand-aligned posts

  • Write engaging captions with a strategic tone of voice

  • Create and manage content calendars for all platforms.
  • Must be well vast and hands on with graphic designsand video editing to ensure high-quality content.
  • Schedule content using approved tools.

Brand Management:

  • Conduct brand audits to refine voice, aesthetics, and positioning.
  • Conduct Brand research and strategies for different niches.
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity.
  • Design social media highlight covers, story templates, and branded graphics.
  • Write compelling copy for bios, social media posts, SEO research and optimization forand web pages.
  • Conduct brand audits and offer strategic improvement suggestions

  • Update brand kits as needed

  • Review content before publishing to ensure on-brand delivery

  • Monitor online reputation and public feedback for brand image consistency.
  • Create and present monthly analytics reports with growth recommendations.

Must Have With Proofs:

Organic Growth & Engagement

  • Respond to DMs, comments, and mentions in a professional, timely manner

  • Initiate strategic engagement daily to boost reach

  • Build online communities that drive connection and conversions

  • Monitor trends and implement strategies to attract followers organically

Outreach & Business Communication

  • Follow up with brands and potential leads

  • Assist with influencer partnerships and collaborations

  • Maintain a database of outreach and business contacts

  • Track and report feedback from potential clients and collaborations

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple brand accounts on Instagram, Pinterest, Linkedln, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and digital storytelling.
  • Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English!!
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Instagram Insights, Pinterest Analytics, Tiktok Growth Strategy, etc.)
  • Strong eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools and Trello Boardproject tracking
  • Must be knowledgeable with major holidays in USA.

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory but Preferred):

  • Experience with running paid ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce marketing.
  • Influencer outreach experience.
