Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Summary

• We are seeking a persuasive and energetic Sales and Marketing Executive to join their team.
• This role involves implementing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and tracking marketing trends.
• Our ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the sales process and superb interpersonal skills.
• Ultimately, the Sales and Marketing Executive should be able to increase our market share and ensure brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Achieve sales targets
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
• Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
• Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
• Attract and retain profitable customers.

Qualifications

• HND / OND qualification with 2 - 5 years work experience
• Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive in an automobile company
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
