We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Baker

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods.
• Follow recipes and ensure consistency, quality, and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory and manage stock levels of ingredients.
• Collaborate with the team to meet production schedules and customer demands.
• Assist in packaging and displaying finished products.
• Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and cleaned.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a minimum of an SSCE / GCE / NECO.
• Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and recipes.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work early hours and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
