Job Title: Head of Growth - E-Commerce (Performance Marketing Expert)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (2 - 3 days onsite)

What You’ll Do

• Lead and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, Google, and more.
• Manage and mentor a team of media buyers, creatives, and telesales reps to deliver and exceed sales targets.
• Optimize funnels, offers, and customer journeys to drive sales and increase customer retention.
• Ensure high delivery rates in collaboration with logistics and telesales for completed paid orders.
• Own the growth strategy, hitting aggressive order and delivery KPIs.
• Report, analyze, and make data-driven decisions daily.

Who You Are

• Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree with 8+ years experience in performance marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and direct response.
• Proven success scaling Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads campaigns.
• A leader who can motivate teams, set clear KPIs, and drive results.
• Comfortable working 2–3 days onsite in Lagos Island.
• Ready to show proof - campaign results, case studies, or reports.

About You:

• You’re a hands-on performance marketer, not just a strategist.
• You live inside Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and you know how to turn cold traffic into paying customers.
• You’ve scaled direct-response campaigns and love testing, analyzing, and optimizing.
• You’re obsessed with numbers—CPA, ROAS, delivery rate, customer lifetime value, and every metric that drives growth.
• You thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment, with a focus on ownership and accountability.

• Salary: N500,000 per month.
