Job Title: Marketing Officer

Location: Magodo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

• We are seeking a Marketing Officer to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote our frozen chicken products, drive brand awareness, and increase sales. 
• The ideal candidate will be innovative, detail-oriented, and have experience in FMCG marketing, with a strong understanding of consumer trends and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote natnudo Foods products.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional strategies that boost sales.
• Plan and coordinate product launches, events, and brand activations.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide reports with insights for improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, customers, and advertising agencies.
• Assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a marketing role, preferably in FMCG or food industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and branding.
• Excellent communication, creative, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
• Experience in event planning and product promotion is an added advantage.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and relevant marketing/sales software.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Knowledge of FMCG, food processing, or frozen foods industry is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship management skills.
