Almafuf Global Work Nigeria Limited is a travel company specializing in Umrah and Hajj typicallyprovides comprehensive services for Muslim pilgrims, including visa processing, air travel, accommodation, transportation, and guidance throughout the journey.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Marketiing

Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• A sales and marketing job description typicallyoutlines responsibilities encompassing both generating leads and closing sales, as well as developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive revenue and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and their needs.
  • Create and manage marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, email campaigns, and presentations.
  • Analyze marketing performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.

• Sales & Customer Relationship Management:

  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Present products or services to potential customers and close sales deals.
  • Track sales data and work to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.

• Team Management (if applicable):

  • Lead and motivate sales and marketing teams.
  • Set goals and provide regular feedback to team members.
  • Hire, train, and develop sales and marketing staff.

Skills and Qualifications

• Marketing Skills:

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends.

• Sales Skills:

  • Proven track record of success in sales.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Other Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is often required.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
