Job Summary
The Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for leading the recruitment process, developing strategic hiring plans, and ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent.
This role focuses on both immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce planning to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring Process Management:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Ensure job descriptions and postings align with business needs.
Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate assessments.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future workforce needs.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and growth plans.
Organize and participate in job fairs, career events, and university partnerships.
Implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding:
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Improve employer branding through digital and social media campaigns.
Strengthen the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other platforms.
Process Improvement & Compliance:
Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire).
Ensure compliance with labor laws, hiring regulations, and company policies.
Team Supervision & Stakeholder Collaboration:
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters or talent acquisition specialists.
Partner with HR and leadership to align hiring strategies with business goals.
Provide training to hiring managers on best recruitment practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years in recruitment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR software.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to develop recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.
Experience in headhunting, talent mapping, and market research.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, ACIPM).
Experience hiring in the automobile industry is a plus.
