Job Title: NYSC Intern (Quantity Surveyor)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Cost Estimation and Planning
• Contract Management
• Cost Control and Valuation
• Variations and Claims Management
• Site Inspections and Reporting
• Risk Management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
• Years of Experience required: 0-3years
• Professional certification is desirable but not compulsory.
• Knowledge of construction contracts and contractual procedures.
• Knowledge of quantity surveying software and MS Office Suite.
• Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
