Job Title: Technical Leader

Location: Sagamu, Ogun

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Leader to oversee quality packaging and Raw material preparation and validation operational preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand standards and regulations regarding analytical methods and their development.
• Able to operate and maintain various instruments used for research and evaluation of stability results.
• Must be able to take action if the analysis results obtained are not in accordance with what is determined/expected.
• Able to identify opportunities and work improvements in their scope of work.
• Provide suggestions/alternative developments related to the use of packaging materials.
• Able to investigate problems that arise from the analysis results.
• Able to provide solution options to problems that arise during the testing process.
• Able to describe management needs in packaging development planning in finding packaging alternatives.
• Consult with the Regulatory & Medical Affairs Department regarding the standards/regulations/legislation used in the entire packaging design process.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements related to the manufacture/development of a product.
• Must be able to Carry out the development process independently.
• Conduct sensory tests based on knowledge and experience.
• Able to analyse the result ofthe  Sensory test and also Evaluate stability test implementation and results.
• Able to conduct project planning and monitoring
• Able to carry out office administration activities independently
• Able to make monthly records or reports related to administrative activities and costs incurred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience preferably from the Beverage & Food industry.
• Strong knowledge of packaging material development, data analysis and raw material development experience.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
