Job Description

• We are seeking to hire an experienced Farm Operation Lead to join our team. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing farming operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees farming operations such as planting, maintenance and harvesting of crops
• Recruitment of farm workers for farming operations
• Other assigned duties

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience of farming operations
• Proven experience of farm management
• Strong knowledge of the agricultural industry and markets
• Strong man management and motivational skills
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Agricultural Degree will be an advantage.

Salary
N75,000 - N100,000 / Month.
