Job Description
- We're seeking passionate, target-oriented, and business-inclined individuals to join our dynamic team as Sales Representatives and Marketers.
- As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and develop effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Identify and Pursue New Sales Opportunities:
- Research and identify potential clients, and develop strategies to engage and convert them into customers.
Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Meet and Exceed Sales Targets:
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiate and Close Deals:
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
Develop and Implement Effective Marketing Strategies:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.
Create and Distribute Marketing Materials:
- Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
Manage Social Media Presence:
- Manage the company's social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics.
Analyze Market Trends and Competitor Activity:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform marketing strategies.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- HND, NCE, or OND in any field.
- 1 - 3 years work experience.
Passionate and Target-Oriented:
- Drive to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
Business Acumen:
- Understanding of business principles and practices.
Team Player:
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proactive and Multitasking:
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and take initiative.

N90,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
