Job Title: Quality Assurance Coordinator 

Location: Ejigbo, Lagos

Job Summary

• The Quality Assurance Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring that the Polytechnic's academic programs and services meet the highest standards of quality.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes, conducting program reviews and evaluations, and collaborating with faculty and staff to identify areas for improvement. 
• The ideal candidate will monitor, evaluate, and enhance the quality of academic and administrative services to ensure excellence in all aspects of the school's functions to ensure that the school’s operations, procedures, and teaching practices meet the highest standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes: Design and implement processes to ensure that academic programs and services meet the Polytechnic's quality standards.
• Conduct program reviews and evaluations: Lead the development and implementation of program review and evaluation processes to ensure that academic programs are meeting their intended learning outcomes.
• Analyze student feedback and outcomes data: Collect and analyze data on student feedback and outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff: Work closely with faculty and staff to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them.
• Conducting audits and inspections: Regularly examining products, services, or processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with accrediting agency requirements: Ensure that the Polytechnic's academic programs and services meet the requirements of accrediting agencies.
• Develop and implement plans for quality improvement: Develop and implement plans to address areas for improvement identified through program reviews, student feedback, and outcomes data.
• Provide training and support: Provide training and support to faculty and staff on quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Maintaining documentation and records: Keeping accurate records of quality-related activities, including audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations: Ensuring that quality processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a BA or BSc Degree with 3 years experience in educational standards or quality assurance Or MA or MSc Degree post NYSC one year experience in a relevant field such as education, quality management, or a related field.
• Quality management certifications: Such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or Lean.
• Proficient in the use of MS - OFFICE tools
• Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to collect and analyze data, identify issues, and implement solutions.
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail: Meticulous approach to detecting and addressing quality issues.
• Time management and organization: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
• Must reside in within or in close proximity to Ejigbo.
