Job Title: Finance Manager 

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Manage all financial operations, including reporting, analysis, and stakeholder relations, within our oil and gas servicing firm.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow).
• Manage cash flow, accounts payable / receivable, and budgeting.
• Build relationships with banks, vendors, and auditors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Lead and mentor the finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance (Master's preferred).
• Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) required.
• 5 years finance experience, oil and gas preferred.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
• Strong knowledge of tax laws.
