Description

• Glovest Lab and Tidyex Home Services are sister companies with shared leadership. While the Project Manager’s primary focus will be on Glovest Lab's digital and creative projects, the role will also involve supporting Tidyex Home Services on specific strategic initiatives. 
• This position ensures synergy between both businesses and contributes to their shared growth and operational success.
• At Glovest Lab, we are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects that drive business growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. 
• This role is primarily focused on managing projects within Glovest Lab, ensuring the successful execution of digital and creative initiatives. 
• Additionally, the Project Manager will support Tidyex Home Services where needed, ensuring alignment and efficiency across both businesses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, defining scope, timelines, deliverables, and key milestones for Glovest Lab's digital and creative projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure clear communication.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Track and report project performance using data-driven insights and performance metrics.
• Manage project budgets, optimizing resources to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure cross-functional coordination between teams at Glovest Lab and Tidyex Home Services when required.
• Identify potential roadblocks, risk and dependencies, proactively addressing challenges.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools for effective planning, execution, and tracking.
• Proficiency in JIRA for project tracking and management.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
