Honour Flow Group of Company is a diverse conglomerate with a strong presence across multiple sectors. The company owns EJ Eatery, located in Ughelli and Sapele, offering quality dining services. It also manages Elo Trease Warehouse in Ughelli, providing essential storage solutions. In the manufacturing and production space, the group operates Elo Water in Otokutu, Warri, and EJ Bakery in Warri. Additionally, Honour Flow owns Elo Ice Cream, delivering sweet treats, alongside a fuel station and gas station serving the energy needs of the community. The group also holds Revelation Bank in Ughelli, contributing to the financial sector.

Job Summary

• We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Cashier to join our team. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing transactions with customers using cash registers, scanning goods, and ensuring pricing accuracy. 
• As a cashier, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive shopping experience.
• You will greet customers warmly, answer their questions, and assist them in locating items within the store.
• Additionally, you will handle returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally and courteously. 

Description

• Accurately processing sales transactions, handling cash, credit, and debit card payments, and issuing receipts, refunds, or change.
• You will also be responsible for counting money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure accuracy and adequate change availability. 
• Maintaining a clean and organized checkout area, restocking shelves, and assisting with inventory management will also be part of your daily tasks.
• The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will interact with customers regularly. 
• You should be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and answering inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
• Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and resolving complaints.
• Count cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure accuracy.
• Restock shelves and assist with inventory management tasks.
• Ensure pricing accuracy by scanning items correctly and verifying prices.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash and operate cash registers accurately.
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary
N35,000 - N50,000 Monthly.
