Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and approach potential customers, including auto shops, fleet operators, and retail clients.
• Generate and follow up on leads to close deals.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and support before and after sales.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Market Research & Strategy:

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Recommend pricing strategies and promotional offers to maximize sales.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments.

Sales Targets & Reporting:

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
• Prepare and submit sales reports to management.

Product Knowledge & Training:

• Stay up to date with product specifications and industry developments.
• Educate customers on tyre and battery features, benefits, and maintenance.

Key Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in tyres, batteries, or automotive products.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (if required for field sales).
• Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory.
