Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Estate Surveyor to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for property valuation, lease management, land surveying, and real estate investment analysis to support our organization's growth and profitability.
• This role requires expertise in market research, asset valuation, and legal compliance related to land and property management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property valuation, appraisal, and investment analysis for residential, commercial, and industrial real estate.
• Perform land and property surveys to assess market value, location suitability, and legal compliance.
• Manage leasing, sales, and acquisition processes, ensuring favorable negotiations and contract execution.
• Provide expert advice on land use, development opportunities, and property management strategies.
• Prepare detailed property reports, market research, and feasibility studies for clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, tax laws, and property codes.
• Assist in portfolio management and real estate investment decision-making.
• Develop strong relationships with property owners, investors, and government agencies.
• Oversee property maintenance, renovations, and dispute resolution when necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Surveying, Real Estate, Urban & Regional Planning, or a related field.
• Professional certification (NIESV, RICS, or relevant accreditation) is an added advantage.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in real estate, property management, or valuation.
• Strong knowledge of property laws, land surveying, and market trends.
• Proficiency in GIS mapping, real estate software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
