We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Inventory Officer (Online Inventory Management - Zoho Inventory or Similar Systems)
Location: Yaba, Lagos (Onsite Office Role - Not Warehouse Work)

Key Responsibilities
Manage online inventory processes, including stock receipt, allocation, and transfers to delivery agents across Nigeria via Zoho Inventory (or similar systems).
Set up and manage virtual warehouses and bins for over 70 delivery agents (DAs) and ensure accurate tracking of their stock.
Deduct stock in real-time from each Delivery Agent’s inventory immediately after a sale is made, and record this deduction in their group chat for agreement and confirmation from the Delivery Agent.
Ensure all stock additions and deductions are acknowledged and confirmed by each DA in real-time.
Track stock movements, stock levels, and ensure real-time data accuracy, preventing stock-outs.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports to management, including stock balances per DA, movements, and reconciliations.
Collaborate with logistics and finance teams for reconciliation of stock with payments received.
Collect weekly time-stamped photos or videos as proof of physical stock held by each Delivery Agent to verify and reconcile with online records.
Reconcile daily reports from Delivery Agents and update Zoho Inventory accordingly.
Implement fraud prevention controls, stock monitoring processes, and maintain accurate inventory records across multiple states.
Ensure continuous availability of stock for delivery agents to prevent stock-outs and missed sales.
Requirements
Educational background: OND / HND / BSc in any field (Accounting, Business Admin, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum 3 years of experience in online inventory management, preferably within an FMCG or e-commerce business.
Hands-on experience with Zoho Inventory is a strong advantage.
Proficiency with other inventory management software (QuickBooks, Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is acceptable if you’re ready to quickly adopt Zoho.
Strong reconciliation and reporting skills, with the ability to manage multiple locations and delivery agents simultaneously.
Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for stock tracking and reporting.
High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and reliability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing real-time inventory updates and ensuring zero stock-outs.
