The RBM manages the business operations within the region to generate revenue by expanding the clientele base and maintaining existing business relations.
Job Responsibilities
Represent the company and its policies to all clients in the region.
Focus on winning and keeping new qualified profitable businesses.
Generate revenue as communicated in the KPI for the year.
Oversee all HR / Diverse business functions for the entire workforce and business interest within the region.
Oversee the fleet management business in the region.
Relate with relevant vendors in ensuring the there is no downtime in the fleet services across the region.
Lead the recruitment & outsourcing objectives in the region, and plan a sustainable model for the organization and its various clients within the region.
Manage the various training / development Interventions for all the employees and clients across the region.
Lead the business development and client relationship goals across the region.
Manage and direct the region’s operations within approved budget to meet financial targets.
Develop, establish and direct the execution of operating policies / procedures to support overall business objectives.
Work in partnership with the management team to create the strategic plan and implement new processes and approaches to achieve same.
Ensure 100% compliance with SLAs and client mandates (TAT, requirement briefs, documentation, statutory obligations etc.) on ICS operations within the region.
Oversee risk management and legal activities, SLA’s, partnership agreements, leases and other legal documents.
Schedule and conduct quarterly client engagement meetings and staff visitation while ensuring the implementation of employee engagement initiatives (training: LMS, health campaign, outsourcing digest etc).
Effectively manage all branch staff including the ad-hoc staff in the region.
Support the performance management process that measures and evaluates progress against goals for all employees across the region.
Responsible for reviewing the team’s performance across the region.
Increase brand awareness and applicant footprint to the region’s office.
Maintain close working relationships with all stakeholders for efficient service delivery.
Submit monthly and quarterly business reports as when due
Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Line manager.
Job Requirements
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field. MBA is an added advantage
Relevant certifications will be an added advantage
Minimum of 5 years experience preferably in a Business Development / Management role.
Experience meeting revenue, profit and growth targets
Proven negotiation skills with the ability to close business wins.
Confidence in undertaking presentations to vast number of people.
Excellent written and good communication skills is required.
Diplomatic skills to be used in front of clients.
Analytic skills to review both financial and operational data.
Able to use MS office, PowerPoint, Excel and some other PC applications.
Good understanding of financial planning.
Excellent reporting abilities.
