About the Role

Vitalvida is looking for a Sales & Fulfillment Operations Manager to own our daily operations, build systems, and lead a high-performance team.
This role is perfect for a hands-on operator who has worked under a strong boss and is now ready to take full ownership, drive KPIs, and scale a fast-growing FMCG e-commerce brand.

Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Be Driving)
Lead Daily Fulfillment Operations across telesales, delivery agent logistics, and inventory to ensure smooth, timely customer deliveries (24-48 hours maximum).
Oversee Telesales Performance, ensuring leads are followed up promptly, customer details are accurate, and conversion rates are consistently improving.
Manage Delivery Agent Recruitment & Logistics, ensuring reliable last-mile delivery and on-time order completion, while maintaining strict fraud prevention controls.
Design and Implement Operational Systems & SOPs, creating clear, repeatable processes for telesales, logistics, inventory movement, and reconciliation.
Monitor KPIs & Reporting—track daily, weekly, and monthly metrics across fulfillment, telesales, inventory, and logistics, ensuring team accountability.
Own Payment Reconciliation & Inventory Controls, working closely with the finance team to reconcile deliveries, returned goods, and outstanding issues.
Drive Fulfillment Targets of 5,000+ successful monthly orders, scaling processes as the company grows.
Collaborate Directly with the CEO & Finance Manager, driving continuous improvement in operations, fulfillment, and customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing the telesales team, ensuring lead follow-up, data accuracy, and conversion optimization.
Recruiting, onboarding, and managing a network of reliable delivery agents.
Overseeing inventory movement, stock reconciliation, and fraud prevention.
Designing and implementing SOPs that streamline telesales, logistics, and fulfillment.
Monitoring performance metrics and ensuring accountability across all teams.
Driving daily fulfillment and delivery targets, with a focus on scaling up as we grow.
Working closely with finance and leadership, making sure our fulfillment engine runs smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in operations, fulfillment, telesales, or logistics, ideally within FMCG or e-commerce.
A hands-on operator who has worked under an experienced boss and now wants to lead a department.
Proven ability to manage teams, implement systems, and get things done.
Strong understanding of KPIs, reporting, and performance management.
Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and solving daily operational challenges.
Experience in inventory control, payment reconciliation, and delivery logistics is a big plus.
Compensation & Growth Opportunity
N200,000 - N500,000 monthly salary, depending on experience.
Performance-based bonuses tied to KPIs and delivery targets.
Growth track to Head of Operations with potential to increase salary as you scale results.
