Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Description
As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in researching, planning, and executing key aspects of our startup formation.
You will analyze market opportunities, develop a business plan, assess financial models, and support strategic decision-making.
This is a hands-on role where your contributions will directly impact the success and direction of the company.

Responsibilities
Conduct market research and commercial analysis to identify opportunities
Develop and refine the business plan and strategy
Utilize Excel, Power BI, and other tools for data analysis and financial modeling
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations using PowerPoint
Assist in company formation processes, including legal and financial structuring
Support transactional activities related to business operations
Regulatory registrations/approvals
Collaborate with the founding team on ideas generation, including innovation strategies to shape the vision and roadmap
Qualifications
3 to 10 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or similar position
Strong understanding of startups and company formation
Expertise in business planning, market research, and financial modeling
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of AI, emerging technologies, and digital business models is a plus
