Job Description

• We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join our esteemed hotel in the heart of the hospitality industry as the Head of Front Desk and Reservation Officer. 
• We are seeking a dedicated individual with a minimum of 3 years of experience and relevant educational qualifications to lead our front desk and reservation operations with efficiency and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the front desk and reservationto ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee the check-in and check-out process, handling guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate room reservations, manage booking systems, and maintain accurate records of room availability.
• Train and mentor front desk staff on hotel procedures, customer service standards, and reservation protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest services delivery.
• Monitor and analyze sales, reservation trends, occupancy rates, and revenue reports to optimize room revenue.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for front desk operations and reservation processes.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively to uphold the hotel's reputation for exceptional service.
• Conduct regular audits of reservation systems, guest accounts, and front desk procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in front desk and reservation roles within the hotel and hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and management effectively.
• Proficiency in reservation software and property management systems.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate a team of front desk and reservation staff.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service experiences.
