Job Description

• We require the services of a versatile Group Finance Officer with cognate experience in managing finances, operations and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Aligns financial plans with organizational goals and objectives.
• Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks.
• Assesses financial risks and opportunities for growth.
• Ensures accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Develops and manages budgets and forecasts.
• Ensures adequate cash flow to meet organizational needs.
•  Develops and implements financial policies and procedures.
• Conducts financial analysis and provides insights.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
• Professional Certification such as ACA, ACCA is compulsory
• Relevant experience in a reputable Audit Firm and industry experience will be an advantage
• Not less than 5 years of top management experience in well-structured companies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
