Job Title: CRM Lead / Patient Executive Manager

Role Overview
As the CRM Lead, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement, improving patient experience, and optimizing our CRM strategies.
This role is critical in managing our customer relationships, ensuring efficient lead generation, and increasing bookings that directly impact our bottom line.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance patient engagement and retention.
Oversee CRM system management (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) to ensure data accuracy, segmentation, and reporting.
Lead cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales, and customer service teams.
Implement automation workflows and optimize customer touchpoints.
Analyze CRM performance metrics and develop insights for decision-making.
Ensure alignment between CRM tools and business growth objectives.
What You Bring
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years in CRM management or a related role.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or Zoho CRM.
Strong background in sales processes, customer service strategies, and marketing automation.
Leadership experience managing teams or cross-functional projects.
Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking for CRM effectiveness.
Skills & Competencies:
CRM Software Expertise – Customization, automation, and reporting.
Data Management & Analytics – Understanding customer behavior and performance tracking.
Project Management – Experience in implementing CRM initiatives.
Communication & Problem-Solving – Ability to engage stakeholders and improve processes.
Customer-Centric Approach – Focused on enhancing the patient experience.
Preferred Certifications (Good to Have):
Salesforce Certified Administrator or Developer.
HubSpot CRM Certification.
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals.
Google Analytics Certification.
